Sounds obvious, but good to hear Piper say this:
‘In the present situation in Israel, I agree with your wise counsel: “we must avoid … drawing a moral equivalence between acts of terrorism against citizens and the efforts of a government to defend its people and territory.” ‘
Israel has the absolute right to defend herself and her people from acts of terrorism. I find it interesting that many condemn Israel for drone strikes yet don’t condemn those who shoot rockets at any Israeli target they manage to hit. Even the amount of coverage in the American media is skewed. I guess they don’t consider Jewish blood as valuable as terrorist blood.
