There was no apprehension; no consideration of how the Jewish minority might feel alienated or offended, as there was over black and Asian minorities over the Synod vote toproscribe the BNP.
No, without so much as a glance at the Psalmody, the General Synod of the Church of England has passed a motion endorsing the Ecumenical Accompaniment Programme in Palestine and Israel (EAPPI), which is nothing but an insidious front for a pro-Palestinian campaign to propagate the partisan lie that, while Israel is besieged by child killers, infiltrated by suicide bombers, surrounded by Islamist propagandists and endures almost daily missiles launched at civilian areas, she is the aggressor, the terroriser, the occupying force.

Simple. Anti-Semitism is once again rearing its ugly head within mainline denominations. Someone told me that Israel may end up with only one friend, a friend they seem not to want. Evangelical Christians. .
It is just that the Brits (Anglicans) have once again betrayed Israel… These guys are nothing but robes and offices. I can sense they seldom have very deep conversations with GOD.

Incidentally, the growing anti-Zionistic Jew hatred found in all the liberal or ritualistic ‘traditional’ denominations, Protestant or otherwise, is a major reason why misguided ecumenism will never fly. Pr 26:23
