  7. I think this is a very nice blog. But I have trouble with the trolls that are obviously in the pay of yad leachim to spend their time on it to be as nasty as possible without actually using name calling. You can do what you want with your blog but I can’t comment because of the trolls. And a problem with the trolls is they are posining as talmidei chachamim but are not in fact. I may not be a scholar but I read a whole book that was from cover to cover Hebrew translations of the charters of the Jewish communities in Poland under which Jews went to settle in Poland. I resent being called ignorant by someone who has obviously not done the work to study Jewish history in Poland. And this comes up in other subjects also. Why you allow people from yad leachim to comment here befuddles me. I have no problem withb real talmidei chachamim. I just have a problem with ami haartetz that think their are talmidei chachmim

    Private Rabbinic Court In Israel Is At Center of a Controversy

    Last week Haaretz carried a long article about the little known group of private rabbinic courts in Israel known as Badatz, an acronym for Court of Justice or Righteous Court. The article focuses on the court branch located in Bnei Brak, a city east of Tel Aviv in which strictly observant Orthodox Jews (Haredi) and important Haredi rabbis live. Unlike the government-run rabbinical courts that deal only with family and personal status matters, Badatz deals with a wide variety of civil disputes. The parties must agree to submit their disputes to Badatz, but the rabbinic court can place pressure on members of the Haredi community who do not do so by issuing a “writ of refusal” which essentially calls for others to ostracise the individual who will not submit to the court’s jurisdiction. Badatz has come into the news because of a lawsuit filed in the civil court system against several of the rabbinic judges (dayanim) on Badatz. [This paragraph has been corrected thans to an e-mail from Jack Levey.] As reported by Haaretz:

    Rabbi Zvi Bialostosky, a building contractor, his son Chaim and the son’s partner, Eliezer Friedman, were involved in a lengthy dispute with people who bought an apartment from them in Bnei Brak. The case was heard by Badatz Bnei Brak, until at a certain point Bialostosky and the other plaintiffs sued the dayanim in Tel Aviv Magistrate’s Court…. Late last year, the contractors filed no fewer than 11 requests for various legal proceedings against the religious judges, in the process crossing a Haredi red line by taking their case to the state secular court system and, worse, suing dayanim. The result was an offensive of unprecedented ferocity by the Haredi leadership against two private individuals.

    A letter signed by … spiritual leaders of the Haredi world asserts that Bialostosky and Friedman “lifted a hand against God and His Torah” and are liable to cause “the destruction of the religion.”

    The contractors requested and were granted a restraining order against threats and harassment, after complaining to the civil court that the Badatz rulings constituted “harassment” and “libel.” The dayanim retorted that such allegations were groundless and added that Bialostosky is “a quarrelsome individual who is involved in numberless disputes and litigations.”

    They provide the atmosphere where the lonely, the impoverised and the most vulnerable will be most inclined to hear the distorted message of someone who is dressing up Christianity to look Jewish. In this way they are offering an inducement.

  19. Rosh Pina is a great site. I accept it with a warm heart. I would like to bring up a subject that is less religious but more political, regarding Egypt and what could happen when Mubarak finally falls.

    As you know Christians and Jews are pretty much endangered especially in Islam occupied Arab States. Many are in fear that something of a great antisemitic and anti-christian magnitude would happen when Mubarak is ousted which is wanted. I’d be prepared Israeli Messianic-Jews because the situation is very risky. A priest I know from the U.S. is trapped in Egypt because air travel is over booked and can be delayed for hours,(days). I pray he gets back soon. Israel is very unpopular in Egypt. Christians have been slaughtered in unpopular Muslim-Islam states. Don’t be fooled when people are hungry, angry, and tired tempers and violence are bound to flare. This is what’s going on. Egypt is 59% Muslim. A Jihad happens when leaders fail the people. The Mubarark opposition “The Muslim Brotherhood” can very likely get into power,perhaps not now but very soon, since Egypt wants his entire regime out. Prayers are not the only thing needed in times like these. Action, not reaction, is needed. Common people take heed.

    • Fair comment, lwetter, let’s think of Egyptians and pray for their freedom from tyrannical anti-Christian rule – either from Mubarak or the Muslim Brothers – with Isaiah 19:23-25 in mind. We know Israel’s future prosperity will bless its neighbours – let’s also hope that normal Egyptians get their freedom here and now.

      The Muslim Brotherhood in power would be a disaster – we have already seen the evil unleashed by its Gazan branch “Hamas”. As Gev said, it really is impossible to say what will happen next.

    Just a warning here. Jihad moslem fanatics don’t care about properity or freedom. In fact they say freedom is bad. These fanatics will rebell against any government that allows Christians to evangelize.

    These fanaitics are incompetent to manage a government themselves. All they can do is destroy.

    Freedom loving people of all faiths should unite to fight the fanatics and unite to keep our revolutions safe from them. In Egypt the people want a better life. If they don’t resist the moslem brotherhood, they will replace mubarak with an ayatollah.

We would like to make clear to all for the purpose of enlightening some of the misinterpretations made by many literal gentile scholars in the God master plan of the Holy bible and one of these misinterpretation concerns the commissionship plan of God, not knowing that it is not a universal ministry but was only covenanted to all chosen Israelites (both Jews & Israelites) the authority to minister the WORD or preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ to disperse countrymen, Mt. 1:21 & Mt. 15:24 for the duration of the 2000 years. Acts 10:34-43; these preachers are the “remnant of Israel chosen by Grace” as testified in Rom. 11:1-7 and Rom. 9:3-7. These are the only “Baptized” disciples (Mt. 28:19) by Holy Spirit. And the complete number of these chosen disciples is found in Rev. 7:1-8 & 14:1-5, which was prophesied in Exo. 19:6, as the Kingdom of Priesthood. Now, to update your knowledge regarding the TRUTH of the God universal religion plan of the Holy Bible, we all knew that the first legal covenant religion of God was the Edenic covenant of God to Adam unto his righteous seed. And, the last legal religion of Old Testament was Judaism. Then followed by the N.T., the Messianic kingdom of priesthood, or Days of the Lord Judgment as the only legal religion by Jesus Christ Holy Spirit,which is also the Promised Covenant of God to Jacob Kingship Salvation (Lk 1:33), which ended last 1993. And after this, comes the 2nd Advent, Night Covenant, the Hour Judgment of God or Eternal Age (Mk. 10:30) and according to Moises was “Hour of Redemption”, wherein the Father (Adam) reign, who have the sole authority to reveal the “ Days and Hour ” (in God count) as judgment covenant Plan of God for one salvation (Mt. 24:36 & Jer. 33:20-22). Thus, the prophesy was fulfilled and we are proclaiming the Eternal Age or Night Covenant or Hour Judgment to all unto the end. And we also proclaim that the fulfilled 2nd Advent of the Son of Man is also the Adam & Enoch prophesied return for the salvation covenant of all literal gentile (?).

    • Alice, I’m not certain how much “helpful and interesting” research there is on your blog, but having just taken a glance to see what you’re about, I was saddened to see an idolatrous prayer to “Mary” on the very first page I viewed. Likening “Mary” (the distorted Catholic amalgam of the mother of “Jesus”, and Semiramis, the ancient goddess that appears in so many of the world’s pagan religions) to the One “who has been pierced” (Zech. 12:10) is nothing but blasphemy. No doubt Miriyam, Yeshua’s actual mother, would have been tremendously grieved by the death of her son, but she does not fulfill a “pierced heart” prophecy or any such thing. To suggest as much, and further, that she should be prayed to as an intercessor is utter idolatry.

      I can’t speak for everyone here, but I’m certain that most of us would have absolutely nothing to do with a blog such as “Just Genesis”. I don’t say that to personally insult you or others, only to help you understand your error and why you won’t receive many positive comments from those here on RPP. It’s the Christianity you espouse that has done nothing to effectively or accurately reveal the G-d of Yisrael to the world for centuries. I pray that you are challenged by my comments and are somehow able to find clarity as you seek the only G-d.

    THIS IS AN OPEN LETTER : TO ALL GENUINE CHRISTIAN PEOPLE OF THE WORLD.

    “ A QUESTION OF SPIRITUAL LEGAL FOUNDATION OF ALL RELIGIONS ”

    ( This is the fulfillment of Mt. 24:2 and Mt. 25:31-45 )

    May the Grace and Peace of God grant us all in this night hour time of His judgment reign.

    We are calling out in the open, all remaining living genuine messianic: chosen Jews, chosen Israelites, the accursed two tribe of Jacob, the Ephraim and Dan, and all literal gentile throughout the world. Inquire us immediately regarding this big major event change for the fulfillment of Mt. 16:27-28 and Mk. 8:38. ( Read this in your Bible )

    Our letter is about to update the knowledge of many religion, regarding the Truth of God’s Universal Religion Plan in the Bible, which others do not want/like to observe or maybe do not know it. However, I think many also know that the first legal religion of God was the Edenic Covenant to Adam unto his righteous seeds (Abel, Seth, Enos, Cainan, Mahalaleel, Jared, Enoch, Methuselah, lamech and Noah ), and after the flood, ends the Edenic period. The Old Covenant Plan of God followed where Judaism was recognized as the last religion. Then comes the Transition of the New Covenant Plan, which many do not know, and to describe this, it has Two Distinct Division Period Plan of Salvation and Judgment by the Holy Spirit Authority. And after this, comes the third part of the last Plan which is called the “End of the World“. Thus the whole Plan of God completed.

    Explaining further, this New Covenant Plan refers to God’s Promise Covenant to the Abraham period to be fulfilled to Isaac unto Jacob’s righteous seeds (no gentile) of salvation and judgment by the authority of Yeshua. (Son of Holy Spirit), in this first Division Period Plan, other prophets call it the “First Advent of the Son of Man (Yeshua)“ reign period and according to Moises, is also called the “Messianic Kingdom of Priesthood; Days of the Lord Judgment” by some major prophets; and “Christianity” to gentile terminology. So, this Covenant to Israel is the Legal religion which Yeshua proclaimed (Lc. 4:19) since the beginning of Ano Domini (A.D.), unto the whole period of Two days in God count or 2000 years in our present time conversion. Then the First Division Period ended last 1993 of the Gregorian calendar with an equivalent to 2000 years in the Israeli calendar. (Note : about the methodological teaching of this plans, please read it in your Bible), and followed by the Transition of the 2nd Division Period part as prophesized to the 2nd Advent of the Son of Man, in the glorification of the father (Adam’s Authority) as endorsed by Yeshua (Mt. 16:27-28), with a duration period of “One Hour” in God count (Convert it to our time and you will notice the date to be close to the end of the world). This 2nd Division Period was called the “Hour Judgment” of God according to Apostle John; “Hour of Redemption” to prophet Moises; the “Night Covenant” to Jeremiah and other major prophets; and “Eternal Age” to Apostle Mark in Mk. 10:30. (Note : with this revelation of God Plan, now reveals, the concealed “Days and Hour” in Mt. 24:36. I thank Adam’s Eternal Gospel for the prophetical fulfillment of Mt. 24:36, that challenges many theologian scholars in the world, and here ends also the New Covenant of Salvation and Judgment of God in the 2nd Division Part Period, followed by the 3rd and last part of the Division which is the “End of the World”. And if you want to see the scenario of the end of the world, read Apocalypse of Enoch 105:20-23 and Rev. 16:8-21 (this scenario are cause of the coming of the 3rd world war).

    And to tell you frankly, the whole judgment of God to the people in the world has been proclaimed already by Yeshua in Mt. 25:31-46, which we also proclaim today as Last Warning to all who do not believe in God. So, the whole Plan of the New Covenant of God has been proclaimed by many messengers of God. And we thank the Lord God, the creator of all, for making us part of the many wonderful works of THEIR creation.

    P.S. : Have you not noticed the Plan of God, the many different dispensational transitions in every Covenant (READ PARAGRAPH 3),God made? This is the way God will check all his believers of every Covenant if their faith are true and in conformity with the Plan of God.And many pastors, priests and ministers never notice that, what they are quoting were all “Past Tense” such as Jn. 1:12 and Jn. 3:16; Lc. 1:1-4 and Lc. 13:23; Rom. 8:18 and Rom. 10:13; 1Cor. 12:8 and Titus 2:14 (Therefore, their faith is NONSENSE).

  30. It is unfortunate that you should select that essay from over 400 available to read at Just Genesis. This topic is a thorny one, especially for Protestants and evangelicals, but not for Orthodox Christians, such as myself.

    Mary is the Mother of Christ our God, is she not? She is not worshiped, but venerated throughout the oldest churches, as is right to do. She is the “Woman” of Genesis 3:15 and Jesus, speaking of His death, claimed to be the “Seed” of Genesis 3:15 (John 12:24).

    To ignore Mary as the Mother of God is to deny in some way the divinity of Jesus. Further, it is to ignore the origins of Messianic expectation among Abraham’s people.
